It was just ok. They didn't make my picadilly as requested. Then they gave me the wrong size cup. Also I asked for extra salt on... the snow and there was barely any I ended up buying my own. The line was long so I couldn't just back up there and ask them tofix it. Read more
I?ve lived in RR for several years now and driven past this place always wanting to stop but for whatever reason I never did.I?m... excited to say I finally did and found what I have been missing. This is the perfect treat (especially as I?m writing this sinceit?s over 100 outside) and so refreshing. There is a drive through or a walk up counter. I?ve done both, both move a littleslower, especially when they?re busy... not an unbearable wait as those ladies get them out as fast as possible, but it?sbecause they?re obviously making them to order it can seem like a little wait, but I assure you it?s well worth the wait. I?mexcited to try out a different flavor every visit, and it?s such a lovely little stop on a hot (or not) day! Definitelyrecommend! Read more
Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with both the staff and their lack of customer service. 5 out of my 5 orders were... incorrect, they completely forgot one order, gave me the wrong flavor for another, I paid for sour spray on my order and when Ididn?t receive it the first time, I asked again and she took my order, disappeared for a few seconds and came back with theexact same order without sour spray AGAIN. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, Iwill NEVER be returning to this establishment, nor will I ever recommend anyone waste their money here. Read more
First time coming here after my boyfriend recommended it. Staff was very friendly, there's tons of flavors to choose from, and... the shaved ice was really tasty. There were quite a few been flying around the tables outside. Obviously not the fault of theestablishment- just something to keep an eye out for. We will definitely be back! Read more
The shaved ice is yummy and the young ladies are nice but omg the wait ???? it?s always a 20+ minute wait. I come here a lot and... it?s always this way. I guess I come here thinking, ?Today will be the day we get a shaved ice in less than 10-15 mins!?. Read more
I visited with two of my kiddos. They weren?t sure what they wanted. Sophie was incredibly kind, offered the kids samples,... interacted with them, and didn?t mind them being goofy and indecisive. The shaved ice was delicious and the kids can?t wait tocome back!! Read more
I have been coming to this place for a few years. It?s keeps downtown Round Rock charming. My last visit was on a weekday so it... wasn?t very busy. I tried a smoothie it was tasty. This was once one of my family?s favorite places to visit, but lately the girl?s attitudes have gotten worse. There?s one girl... that claims to be the manager who has terrible acne and a terrible attitude. She argued with me about adding a third flavor eventhough I agreed to pay for it. She stated ?the mediums only come with two flavors? and I said ?that?s fine I pay for a third.?She said ?well I know bc I?m the manager.?Power trip. What was the point of that. I have no clue. Plus their shaved ices arehella dry. Long story short there are plenty of other places to grab shaved ice. This place I wouldn?t recommend. Read more
