I really like their sandwiches, the bread is really good and the sandwich contents are always fresh and tasty. The sandwiches... are well wrapped, so there is never any leakage. You can customize the sandwiches to have additional items (e.g. to add orremove pickles or onions) and control the amount of items (light, medium, heavy). You can save sandwiches to your account withnames (e.g. Luly's Tuna) , which is helpful, since I often buy for several people (wife, kids, their spouses) and they can tellme "my tuna" or "my italian" and I can select it from saved sandwiches with their customizations. I usually order the largesandwiches, cut in half, and get two meals out of it. The premises are very clean and there are always open tables, although Idon't use them, I always order for pick up. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I've never had a bad experience at eitherof the two JJ's I frequent. The sandwiches are a little expensive, but well worth the price, I highly recommend them. Super satisfied with Jimmy John's. The menu offers good variety; no one ever questions or complains when we want an additional... condiment or topping; and the taste of the bread and ingredients is always fresh. Our latest experience was with onlineordering, which I have to say is fairly easy to do. Jimmy John's Round Rock, TX at I-35 frontage road greeted me with smilesand more than one person made sure to give a proper farewell as I picked up my order on the rack by the door and left. It seemsthe employee training was good for this shift at the least. Credit to Jimmy John's for consistency. Credit to the managementof Round Rock for a good job, and especially credit to the hard workers who went out of their way to be polite even with minimalinteraction time. Read more

I have been a big fan of jimmy johns for years, but tonight they really impressed! I work night shift at a local hospital and... frequently order a sandwich to eat later on in the night. I mentioned to the guy that took my order (Ryan) that I wanted to eatit later so requested to be their last delivery of the night instead of their regular super speedy delivery. He kindly obligedmy request, and went above and beyond to meticulously individually wrap the ingredients of my sandwich so it would be nice afresh when I ate it hours later! BREEAN NEEDS FURTHER TRAINING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WENT INTO STORE TO ORDER AND SHE CAME TO... THE REGISTER AND NOT ONCE LOOKED UP TO TAKE MY ORDER. SHE ONLY LOOKED DOWN AT THE REGISTER LIKE SHE WAS DOING SOMETHING SO IGAVE HER THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT THINKING SHE NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE SHE TOOK MY ORDER. SHE THEN PRECEDED TO GET ON HERCELL PHONE AND LOOK BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE REGISTER, THE FLOOR AND HER PHONE. NOT ONCE DID SHE ASKED TO TAKE MY ORDER ORSAID "MAY I HELP YOU" AS I STOOD THERE WAITING. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE GOING TOBE THE FOREFRONT OF THE BUSINESS AND IF YOU CAN NOT OFFER THAT AS A MINIMUM THEN YOUR BUSINESS WILL FAIL AND CREATE ANEXPERIENCE WHERE NO ONE WILL WANT TO RETURN TO YOUR STORE. EITHER SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT SHE IS DOING OR SHE JUST LACKSCUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, EITHER WAY SHE NEEDS TO BE PULLED FROM THE CUSTOMER INTERACTION UNTIL SHE IS EITHER PROPERLY TRAINED ORSHE JUST NEEDS TO SEEK EMPLOYMENT ELSE WHERE.
