Online wouldn't take credit cards temporarily so we had to call in our order. Guy taking the order had a hard time retaining the... order and I had to repeat several items. When he read it back each time something was missing. The sandwich maker got anattitude with the cashier when he asked her to please dress my order. They still missed the banana peppers on the sandwich weordered. I called ahead so I could have the order ready when I get there. It was not ready and I had to wait 10 plus minutes forthem to make the two sandwiches. There needs to be some efficiency training at this store. It was very slow and 5 people workingand they were all running around with hair on fire. Frustrating experience overall. Read more

Having been Jersey Mike?s customers for twelve-thirteen years, we were disappointed to find the new University Boulevard/Round... Rock location closest to us is not up to par. When they first opened, we ordered online and found that after spending almost$36 for two giant sandwiches, the ingredients were rather skimpy. We chalked it off to them being new, so last night we orderedagain only to find the same problem. We don?t mind paying extra for good quality sandwiches, but these were just way too skimpyto warrant that kind of money. Today we took the remainder of the two large sandwiches back for credit or replacement. Themanager (Tina??), who proudly stated she has been with Jersey Mike?s for 10 years, had an attitude and discounted our concerns,saying ?we have to watch our food costs.? Is that something you really want to say to your customers? Rather than offering toremake the sandwiches, she was condescending and only offered a refund, which we accepted. After leaving, we noticed she onlygave us credit for one large sandwich and one regular sandwich, even though we had purchased two large ones. Not only did sheNOT know how to deal with disappointed customers, she couldn?t even get our refund right! In the future, we?ll be going toother locations and passing on this one. Read more
