I was just in this store with my young daughter while a man behind me was getting verbally hostile with a worker. I was... impressed with how calm and quietly the young man was trying to deal with this out of line customer. While the man behind mestarted raising his voice saying the F word and calling the young man a ?c**t?, the worker calmly set boundaries with thiscustomer and refused service. My daughter and other children heard this altercation and I was impressed with how the employeeshandled themselves. Also the sandwiches are good. Read more

Be warned when ordering online for pickup, and check each sandwich when you pick it up. We ordered two sandwiches without oil,... and they were drenched in it. By the time we got to eat, they were too soggy and oily to enjoy. After the second time itshappened, we know its going to be a regular occurrence - in this case a waste of $36. The staff here is atrocious- the store manager is rude and condescending if I remember correctly we are paying for a service not... to be talked down to when asking a question. The cashier who was otherwise polite when asked who the young lady was and beinginformed that I the customer was being rude just put this experience for never going back over the top. Very caring when preparing my order. I am gluten sensitive and also have a pork allergy. It was an online order. I put a memo... to please do not cook on the same Grill as beef or pork items due to an allergy and that it needs to be #GlutenFree. When Iarrive to pick up my order the manager explained to me that they cleaned the grilled so they could cook my meat separate. ???? Ialways appreciate when a restaurant is respectful of food allergy. I know it should be their job but some places don't take theextra time. The sandwich was soooooo good. Nice kickback. ????
