I honestly love Jack and was excited that I had one so close to me because we come from out of town. I came in here trying to... get tacos because the drive thru line had no cars but nobody was taking orders. When I went in I stood there waiting while themanager was just playing with her nails while the cook was making the burgers but what bothered me the most was when I seen himtouch the food he was giving out to the customers with out gloves. The worst. 3rd time (I should have learned). They never put sauce in with the order. Egg Rolls without sauce? They are also... overcooked pretty much every time. Then they are "out" of items which you only find out when you get a delivery missing halfyour order. How wonderful that is. On top of it they never answer their phone. Don't waste your time. Literally stole my card information. Only charged me $1 on a $20-something dollar Oder and now there are Lyft & only fans... charges to my card. Obviously I?ve cancelled it but I am absolutely appalled and furious. NEVER go to this Jack in the Box. IMSERIOUS!!! Read more
Disappointed service and food. Waited 15, minutes to order and another 20 minutes to the drive thru window. Food was less... than room temperature. Order was taken wrong and the crew member was apologetic and corrected my order....so i thought. Headded the three missing items, charged me and then didn't gone me the items. Store hours say lobby until 10PM, drive thru open 24 hours a day. I showed up around 1030, there?s someone inside. But not... taking orders. Just ignoring the line of cars outside? real frustrating. No response whatsoever? been here almost 15 minutes,I?m just hungry and this is stupid. Read more
My boyfriend and I didn?t get tacos the other night (that we paid for) so we came back with our receipt for the tacos we were... missing. They gave me a taco shell with lettuce and a hint of filling. The employees are standing behind the counter looking atmy boyfriend and I instead of asking if everything went OK? We should?ve just asked for our money back. This is an ok location for the chain. Service is good. Food is good enough. Ketchup packets were sticky with honey and had to... clean them before using. The convience store attached is closed, so at least there is plenty of parking and no traffic blockingthe drive through. Read more
The food was fresh and the staff was courteous, but I probably will not go back to this one. I could not sit down and enjoy... reading my book as a dine-in customer. It is just that the restaraunt needs a make-over. It is the smell. The smell of therestaurant made my stomach turn so bad I almost did not want to eat my curly fries!
