First time visiting, they had a very long line and I waited about 30 minutes. The order taker was very friendly. I ordered the... pumpkin brûlée cold brew. The coffee was lacking flavor, the cold brew was weak, and it had a bunch of ice that almost filledthe cup. It tasted very watery. The little topping they put in it was very tasty but it didn?t carry throughout the drink evenafter trying to mix it in. Maybe their hot drinks are better, but the cold brew wasn?t very good. Wow!! We decided to try Dutch Bros this morning and were blown away with not only the coffee, but also the service we received.... The girl who took our order was so sweet! I regret not catching her name because I would?ve loved to compliment her directly.Once we pulled up to the window, the staff operating the window were also so sweet and immediately started a conversation withus. After we had received our order, which was prepared so quick, we both just couldn?t stop talking about how great of anexperience that was. We will 100% be back!!! Read more
10/10 experience. Staff was SO friendly. Told them it was our first time ever trying Dutch bros and they gave us one of our... drinks for free and some stickers. I got the cookie dough cold brew and it was delicious. I enjoyed my experience and coffeehere. Will definitely be returning during our stay here. Read more
Absolutely love Dutch Bros! This location in particular has really great employees! The prices are great and we always leave... there knowing we will be back soon. Service & drinks are excellent. The quality & service hasn't changed in the 10 years since I had Dutch Bros! Oregon based & friendly HQ handles calls to local... stores. I called recently about the birthday freebie on the app. HQ sends seasoned employees to help for a month or 2 @ newlyopened stores, so there's not a big variation from store to store. I've been 2x since they expanded to Texas to diff stores.Menu options are pretty extensive, employees are welcoming to questions even when they're busy. I've even had them ask me totaste our drinks to make sure we liked them - who cares that much?! Read more

This location is so nice!! The staff is very friendly and the drinks are super affordable. I got the golden eagle at first, and... then came back for an orange smoothie and a rebel. All were delicious and awesome. My dog came with me to both outings. Todaywas her birthday, and they made her a special birthday pup cup (pictured) and doodled on her cup ????
