Normally I don't leave reviews but today I felt I needed to. I went to Dutch Bros because I was feeling depressed and this was... only place I could think of that would cheer me up even just a little. The guy taking my order, I believe his name was Aiden,and I were talking so I told him to surpise me with whatever drink would help me feel less depressed. He took the time to thinkof a delicious coffee and then proceeded to give me some kind words. I no longer felt as alone as I had before speaking with himand that warmed my heart. As I get my drink I see that they had written on it some kind words (In the picture above/below). Itwas so sweet and genuine I didn't even know how to react. I said thank you and left with tears in my eyes (the good kind, don'tworry). They definitely had a positive impact on my day. I know this is a long review and not many people will read it but Ijust wanted them to know that the little things they did in their day were big things in my day. My new favorite coffee brand. Love their hot latte and cold toffee frappe. So goooood!
First time here and I loved everything about my experience. They have staff standing outside of the drive thru to take your... order and answer any questions you have. The staff here have such a welcoming demeanor and provide fantastic service. Be sure toask for a pup cup, which is whipped cream and a dog treat. They are one of the best coffee shops. My husband and I have been married for 25years. We have started dating all over again. We... love long drives and we love coffee. We frequently visit various coffee shops within a 20 mile radius. Dutch Brothers coffeeshop in Round Rock on Palm Valley (79) is clean, organized, quick. The staff are welcoming, friendly and personable. They arevery modestly dressed and professional demeanor. There are many good coffee shops, but if the line is long it goes by very fast.Highly recommend you support these college students working here. Music is groovy too! Read more

I love Dutch Bros coffee. While their wait times can be very long, they usually try to be as speedy about it as the possibly can... and are always very friendly. Their rewards program is pretty awesome too! I have received many free drinks because the pointsrack up quickly. However: their food choices leave A LOT to be desired. And, on more than one occasion, I've watched theemployees who actually make the drinks stop making them to chat with their fellow employees when they are very busy. Iunderstand wanting a fun a friendly atmosphere. But talk WHILE you work. Don't stop what you are doing to chit-chat. It'sunprofessional and adds to the wait times. Read more
