I always liked the food and service here but this time food attendee was not welcoming and not maintaining the food properly.... Haven?t replaced the food containers and served the last portion of the rice which is hard and also the last portion of the cornwhich is watery and she poured all the water into the bowl along with corn. These are supposed to be two full sized burrito bowls. We paid $9 a piece for this. This was a mobile order, so imagine my... surprise when I unpack it and feel how extremely light these burrito bowls are. Then we open them and realize the food doesn?teven fill the bottom of the container! Pathetic. Will not be going back to this location. I like chipotle, but this location made me never want chipotle again. I make the effort to drive to the Brushy Creek location... even though this location is right next to my house. They are always out of meat. They don't stain any of the food beforeputting it into your bowl so you are left with a soup stew. They give you half portions of everything so you get 1/2 of the foodyou normally get. And Facility is never clean. Read more
Come here often on my break to get lunch, everything is always amazing. I came in today 6/26, they were very busy which is... understandable. I was ordering a burrito and asked how much for extra steak since it wasn?t on the menu, I was told $1.95. Itwas busy so she probably got confused or something like that, it happens.I got to the register and was told it was four and somechange. I?d come in flustered and in a rush and because of that I?m sure my tone came off hot and heavy. Regardless the staffwere nice, and the manager overrode it for me. I wanted to write this review because atm I was pretty difficult and I think thestaff did an amazing job at maintaining a good attitude and such. Sorry for the inconvenience on my end. Great staff Friday evening/night! First visit was bad in terms of customer service and having any utensils but this more recent... visit was so much better than my first.
