Olivia is the only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. She was a wonderful server, and hustled to fix every issue we... experienced (and there were a lot). Extremely long wait times, even though the place was not even half full. They keptforgetting to make our drinks and food. The food and drinks came out wrong more than once. But Olivia earned the biggest tip wecould afford to give her. She cared, she made sure everything was corrected, and she even took half a moment to joke with us tolighten the mood. Perfect server. Absolute worst service, we have been here for over an hour and still have no food. We came in with a group and they assigned one... server to us that didn?t know what he was doing. He was all sweaty and big sweat stains on his shirt and dripping sweat from hishead. It really gave me a nasty vibe. It took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. I?m about to get up and walk out. Not the waiters fault but the food was not prepped properly and had to ask if the bartender was over going to make the... drinks. Ordered the tenders and would have gotten a much better and fresher deal/meal at the Golden Arches across theway. This location is seriously understaffed and could also use a good cleaning! Will probably be avoiding this location for awhile until they get their act together!! Read more
Our waitress seem to be firmly new and would benefit from more training. She wasn't able to jugle more than 3 tables. We were at... the restaurant 1.75 hours. I asked for a to go cup twice.... the the time asking the waitress brought a empty dinner glass....after telling her the third time she blurts out In a agitated voice " u asked for an empty cup!" We also had to ask a differentserver If he could grab our to go order...in which he did with a friendly smile. Read more
I usually like chili's, but my experience on this particular day was horrible. I ordered online and still ended up waiting... almost an hour for my food and when I received my food it was disgusting. It was cold, they gave me sauce instead of salsa andthe chips were very stale. The chicken was dried out and stale and cold. The corn was mushy and nasty. The tortilla soup wasmushy. It was very busy that Sunday evening, but still no excuse to serve nasty food, give the customer the option to cancel theorder or replace items not available. Read more
Reasonably good food at attractive prices with tempting deals. I had 6oz steak with two sides with a drink and a cup of potato... soup for $10. Added a nice mango frozen margarita. All nice and merry! Read more
I havent been to Chili's in a long time so I decided to go. The place was clean and kind of empty but I still had to wait to... seated. Didnt understand that. Once seated the waiter was prompt. He wasnt fantastic but he did his job. He was decent. Iordered the Cajun pasta with chicken. The pasta was right the chicken was seasoned well and the sauce was delicious. My onlycomplaint was that I had to wait for my garlic bread. He brought my pasta but said the garlic bread would be out shortly. Ididnt want to eat until I had my full meal. I didnt like that. Im not sure how long shortly was because I was full of disdainwatching the mens bball squad losing to Spain. Eventually the little piece of bread came and I was able to eat. Im glad it wasstill warm. We were ordering for an office luncheon. Curbside was never acknowledged and went inside to pick up our food. After waiting over... 20 minutes in my car. There was no one around. It took at least 10 minutes to find an employee. The food was cold and instead ofapologies the manager gave excuses. Probably will not go to this Chili's again Read more
