Olivia is the only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. She was a wonderful server, and hustled to fix every issue we... experienced (and there were a lot). Extremely long wait times, even though the place was not even half full. They keptforgetting to make our drinks and food. The food and drinks came out wrong more than once. But Olivia earned the biggest tip wecould afford to give her. She cared, she made sure everything was corrected, and she even took half a moment to joke with us tolighten the mood. Perfect server. Absolute worst service, we have been here for over an hour and still have no food. We came in with a group and they assigned one... server to us that didn?t know what he was doing. He was all sweaty and big sweat stains on his shirt and dripping sweat from hishead. It really gave me a nasty vibe. It took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. I?m about to get up and walk out. Not the waiters fault but the food was not prepped properly and had to ask if the bartender was over going to make the... drinks. Ordered the tenders and would have gotten a much better and fresher deal/meal at the Golden Arches across theway. This location is seriously understaffed and could also use a good cleaning! Our waitress seem to be firmly new and would benefit from more training. She wasn't able to jugle more than 3 tables. We were at... the restaurant 1.75 hours. I asked for a to go cup twice.... the the time asking the waitress brought a empty dinner glass....after telling her the third time she blurts out In a agitated voice " u asked for an empty cup!" We were ordering for an office luncheon. Curbside was never acknowledged and went inside to pick up our food. After waiting over... 20 minutes in my car. There was no one around.
