They have this awful policy of not writing on cakes when the manager isnt there. I walked in trying to get a premade cake with... just a simple "Happy Birthday x" written on it and was informed only the manager could do so. This is ridiculous as it was1:30pm on a weekday. We had a scheduled pick up and once we arrived there at 10:57 (the pick up time was 11) the lady who was there called out and... asked if we were there for a pick up and and then she locked the door behind her leaving us outside in 95 degree heat when atthat point the store was already open. She then very rudely informed us that the cake wasn?t even ready yet and we had to comeback in 4 hours. I had an event where this cake had to be ready, and by the time of the new pick up it would?ve been too late.Do not come to this destination if you want a cake, go to a different one unless you want a rude experience with the workers,and a roll of the dice on whether or not your cake will be finished on time Read more
Very overpriced and not worth the money. I came with my family, I ordered a banana split but had to ask them for banana because... they forgot. They also forgot to add toppings on my family?s ice creams as well. Only 3 ladies working there and rushing for noreason. DQ would?ve been better! My banana split was melted as it came out! Read more

My all time favourite ice cream ????. The service staff is polite and friendly. Store flooring is not so clean, with small... patches of ice cream stained. Wide varieties of ice cream flavours. They customised ice cream cakes too, based on the number ofparty pax. I would give this brand 5 stars for the ice creams. But room for improvement on the rest. Read more

This is by far the worst BR I've visited. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a small and medium shake and was charged $15.13... only to go home and find out that the price should have been $11.23. On top of that, the ice cream tasted like it had beensitting there since the turn of the century. It most definitely wasn't fresh by any means. . Read more
