This is one of my favorite Barnes & Nobles in the Austin Metro for many reasons, but most of all because the staff tends to be... tremendously friendly. It's always a pleasure to walk in and feel at home why I'm browsing. Further, I tend to prefer this storelayout in the single-story stores just for its ease of browsing. Read more
It is very organized and clean. It's pecfull and it's calm here. A great place to find what your looking for or just to read a... book. I would give 5 stars but I noticed that this place has no tables or couches around the store like most st ores I've beento up Northern part of the states. I whis it was like that here also. But there's a Starbucks great people there lots of tablesbut not a lot plugs to charge my phone or tablet or laptop. Read more
PSA: love this bookstore! However, I feel like the customers need to work on line formation. Cue Queen Beyoncé please. The line... starts on the tile. I?ve been here three times and customers cut me off because they start and form an L shaped line to theregister and cut into the shopping aisles between the books and stationery products. Now people can?t shop in between there.There are marked tiles with distance stickers where the line wraps around. Store workers are very friendly and nice! This is the largest B& N store in Austin. You can find books on just about any subject. There are music records available. You... can grab a book and read at one of the tables or chairs, enjoy coffee and grab a bite to eat. Read more

This is a great store! They've got everything and more. Books, magazines, cds, vinyls, toys... there's even a coffee shop with a... nice eating/ sitting area. So you can shop or look around for hours then sit and relax while sipping your favorite coffee shopdrink. Read more
