Food was seriously delayed. Steak was well done not medium as ordered. Ribs were tough, overcooked and crunchy on most of it... had to saw it apart with a knife. Never received any drink refills and had to beg for silverware which seemed like aninconvenience to them to bring. Talked to manager about food and service but was dismissed with we are short staffed and doingbest we can. Stay far far away don't waste $100 like I did. Read more

Giving a 2 star because the bar started BLASTING... metal music, not a comfortable eating experience, requested music change or a decrease in music, both were ignored. Came in and were seated but didn't see a single waiter/waitress for 15 minutes. Finally got our drink order taken. Drinks were... out of carbonation. Waited another 10 minutes to be able to tell anyone about the drinks and be able to order food. Waited over30 minutes more for food. This place isn't even busy right now. So, as I was trying to ask for a new table because the A/C was freezing me, the waiter spilt an entire glass of ice water on me,... which I didn't ask for. I had to ask for napkins, no one came to help us move. I am soaked and freezing. All we got was anapology. No discounts offered, until I asked, approximately 20-30 mins later. I had previously asked for a tea....which I had toask 5 times. It was pretty empty in the restaurant, our appetizer and meal came out together over 25-30mins from the spill. Icould go on and on with this story, so much more. In the end we just received 2 jello shots as I sat soaked and cold. I thinkour waiter was medicated. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Garbage people making garbage food. Manager was rude for no reason, taking her food service position a little too far. Do not... eat from here!!!! My DoorDash Delivery order was wrong. I drove back there to show them. Was told it?s been too long since myorder to remake my food. 1 hour since placing my order. She couldn?t understand it was a pickup for delivery and they made himwait 20 minutes for my food. Then I had to drive back to show them.
