Great Custard, even greater customer service!!!! I ordered a triple chocolate concrete today and had my 5 year old son who's... eyes are bigger than his belly. The employee who took our order did fantastic trying to guide him and even had some follow-uprecommendations that her and the rest of the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I cannot recommend this Andy's location, compared to the Parmer Lane or Cedar Park locations. On numerous occasions we've had... rude personnel serve us, as though we were inconvenient to them, for ordering something from this Andy's. We've had items madeincorrectly and in a couple instances, even the remakes were made incorrectly. For the steep price tag, anyone would expectbetter service and product. Very unfortunate though, because overall, Andy's is a great company with a tasty custard product! Read more

Super busy but delicious! I think I may like Frozen Custard more than ice cream. The removal of the one star was due to how busy... it was. I walked up to the front instead of staying in the long drive-thru line. It took quite a bit for them to get to me eventhough there was no one else waiting at the front. Read more

Friendly and fast service! Before we even sat down our ice cream was ready. Enjoyed the nostalgic feel of walk up window and... enjoying the breezy late spring evening with my son.
