Everytime I go there they are closed! They are never open at 4:30 PM.

They have HORRIBLE customer service. They ?couldn?t scan? My phone to get my stars. Therefore I have lost 6 stars because of... one?s laziness. Very disappointed!!!! Never again will I go there. Takes 10 seconds to pour pike place cup? cannot do it. Put me in al the line with all the mixes?. 20 min wait for a pour in... ready coffee with major attitude. When asked for a refund i did get my 3 sec coffee? in 20 min Talking going out of the way forthe customers! Read more
Visited twice. First time there was a sign "Will return in 15 minutes." After half an hour, no one came. On the second visit,... I found that they don't accept the app or stars redemption. Also, my standard menu item drink was improperly prepared. Read more
Love this Starbucks! Me and my girl go here every single day the barista?s know us and are drinks by heart. Whenever we walk in... they already start getting are drinks prepared and when there?s somebody I don?t really trust making my drinks I have themanagers number there and I either call or text her and she?ll come out from the back and make mine and my girlfriends drink.But that doesn?t mean the rest of the barista?s are not great, like Noemi she?s the best one there along with Trisha Themanager! I highly recommend this Starbucks I choose it over anyone any day!!! Read more
Slow service here. Funny, I was in drive through for 14 mins on the phone with AT&T and they solved a technical problem before I... got my coffee. Starbucks should consider ways to make improvement on delivery times. Good coffee though. Read more
