Rest tasting Michoacana. Has the same taste as the one in Mundelein! I does get really busy but the staff are nice and quick
Called an hour before closing the told me to call again in 10 minutes because they were busy so I did. Then they proceeded to... act like they were going to take my order just to leave me on the phone without saying anything. Staff also was making ruderemarks for what I was ordering. You need to educate your staff in regards to the mask mandate. You can NOT refuse service to anyone just because they are not... wearing a mask. This is a violation of their rights since there are people who are exempt from the mask order. Also, in themandate it clearly states even if its indoors and you can continously keep your 6 feet you do not have to wear a mask. I thinkwe all know how the set up of "La michoacana" is and there is more than plenty space to keep your distance. The snacks aredelicious but your customer service is horrible. It's time you guys stop discriminating people based on whether they are wearinga mask or not. Read more
Cute spot for inexpensive ice cream. Its not the best ice cream I've had but it is good. I like that they have a lot of variety... of flavors. The flavors are not ones typically found in other shops, which makes it fun. I also like it because they have avariety of Mexican snacks like paletas, cheetos with hot sauce and lime and Mexican corn. Read more
I love this place!! The ice cream is freshly churned in batches in house. The varieties of flavors are long and mouth watering!... On top of this they have fresh fruit cups, natural drinks, yogurt parfaits, ice cream bars, frozen bananas, dipped strawberriesand a long list of Mexican treats! My husband was hooked after his first visit. Our most difficult decision is what flavorcombination to get but they let you sample to make your decision that much easier!! Read more
Great selection of ice cream, delicious. Prices were a little high. $4 for a come I got, also may be a little difficult to order... if you don?t speak Spanish, the whole menu is in Spanish...... other than that, service was fast and friendly. Will go again dueto variety of flavors! Read more
The ice cream is probably the best I ever had.I would have gave it five stars but I don't think they like Americans.none of the... ice cream was labeled in English, and nobody would help me in the place,I'm going back one more time and if they have notchanged it I will not go again.
