Do they not use the app anymore? Twice I have ordered using the app and both times they have not delivered !!so now im just a... bit confused? If it's a staffing issue or low ingredients type of issue at least call back the customer and let them know. Place an online order through the app. Waited about 30 minutes. Hadn?t gotten any updates. This isn?t the first time it?s... happened I?ve waited over an hour before no response. Call the store and asked how long it would be or if I could just come pickit up they said yes but they have to refund it and then rebill it. Not sure why they have to do that but I said OK. Was greetedby Jonathan at the counter he was very kind and understanding in the situation. I applied the store for the Assistancemanagement and corporate need to figure this out. it?s not his fault they are short staffed at a busy location that is otherwisegreat service. Read more
This Jimmy johns is something else. Ordered at 6:10, called at 7:10 to find out the order is just getting out of the store, at... that point I would have ordered from ANYWHERE else for faster delivery. 2nd time this has happened at this location.Disappointed. Read more
I LOVE this location with all my heart. Over the past year with Covid-19 I've been ordering a LOT of Jimmy John's and this... restaurant is the closest one to my location. I have placed so many orders and each and every one of them have been on time,made the way I want, and delivered with care. Thank you everyone one involved at this location for being the best! Update 6/1/21: I don't know why I thought that after a few months things would be different, but again tonight I put my order in... and after 40min had to call the store because I still had not received my items. I called the store to cancel my order and get arefund. The girl was nice on the phone, put me on hold to find my order, but when I was brought back off hold I could here heror one of the other workers swear on the phone, then start laughing together, sort of cover the phone, then get back on the linewith me. Not really appropriate. They did confirm the cancelation and refund of my order. Original post: As much as I love thefood, this particular location never seems to get my delivery order correct. Whether a missing item or incorrect sandwichdelivered, and usually waiting for a very long time (non Jimmy John timeframe) when calling back in to the store it always feelslike it's an imposition on them to correct their mistake. Good customer service would apologize for the mistake and offersomething in return for their mistake such as a refund, free cookie next time, or anything that would compensate for theirmistake. Tonight, I waited 40min for a delivery, and have waited almost an hour for my replacement item to be delivered. This isridiculous for freaky fast. Read more
Freaky Slow delivery... They always takes at least an hour to arrive, and then items will be missing from the order. I've had to... call the store and all they say is, "I'm sorry, they'll be there soon." I haven't had this issue with other Jimmy John's.Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house. I ordered through Doordash because I was working at the time and could not leave. They're usually not busy around this time, so... I was expecting my sandwich to come fairly quick. It took over an hour for my sandwich to come, after about 45 minutes I calledand asked to cancel because there's no way a sandwich would take that long to make and my work is only a 5-7 minute drive fromthem. When I asked, the lady on the phone very rudely told me that I couldn't because my sandwich was already on its way. Mysandwich arrived about 15-20 minutes later, and it didn't even taste as good as it does when I order in person. Read more
