Bad attitude of some of the staff members, they were slicing meat right next to the bread. It was around $12 for a regular tuna... sandwich with cheese. Go to Subway instead. Read more
Stopped to grab sandwiches for the ride home back to MA after a long day on the softball field. Customer before us was pretty... tough of the staff. They did a great job of keeping their composure as they were all younger. They provided us very goodservice and sandwiches were also good. Gluten Free sandwich was surprisingly good as well. Ordered online at 4:45pm, given a pick-up time of 5:15. Arrived and actually picked it up at 5:10. When I got home at 5:20The... , I unwrapped the sub and found that the white roll was so hard that even my best knife had to saw thru it. I tried callingright away. The phone was answered and I asked to speak to a manager. I was told to hang on, and I did, understanding thatthis is a busy time of day for them. After 10 minutes of holding on, I hung up and dialed again. The message said that theyhad not yet set up an inbox, so I could not even leave a message. I redialed every few minutes for almost two hours, alwaysgetting the same message. The meat was fine, but I had been looking forward to a sub, not a sandwich on regular bread. I onlygave it one star because there is nothing lower, and the meat was okay. Since I could get no call to the shop, I filed acomplaint on the corporate website hoping the manager would get the message about poor quality.. This was very disappointing, asthis is a convenient place on my way home from the office. But, Mr Subb is convenient too and will now get my business. Read more
Got a giant ($19) Philly chicken sub. While the chicken and cheese tasted fine, there wasn't enough onions and peppers to even... know they were there!
