It isn't to bad of a place, but they have a horrible drive thru system. They have 2 seperate lanes, & 1 window. Not to mention... the big pothole right at the window itself. A car pulls in after you and next thing you know they're in front of you due to the2 lanes majority of the time. Same as McEsso location as well. They say it's to "speed up" the times. 1 window same orders.Other then misorganization, it doesn't speed anything up. Have a 2nd window if you want a double drive thru. Read more
Literally every second morning this place is NEVER opened at 5AM ......and this happens so much you KNOW the manager isn't... reading reviews ....ive called about this and spoke directly to the manager and it never changes ....I made a mobile order andhad to return to the store 5 DIFFERENT TIMES and my order STILL WASNT right ....finally threw everything I had ordered into thegarbage ....a waste of $17 ....gotta live this location ...order what you WANT but only receive what the employees feel likegiving you ???? ...well thats when the employees even show up for their shifts ....most pathetic location EVER Read more
Visited this location this morning, ordered a farmer's wrap meal.While waiting I wiped off a table,when I was passed my ordered... I was advised" just so you know you are not able to sit at that middle table, when I mentioned there was no sign, she said kidssteal the sign,based upon the amount of stuff I wiped off someone had sat there.With seating being restricted I would wonder whya gentleman was able to set up a work station by the entrance.Also unaware that supply chain issues had affected napkins. Went there for Chicken Caesar wraps only to be told "we can't do that", "we close in an hour and a half" when I asked what soups... you have they said none, asked about chili, the guy said that's a soup we have none, we can make you a bagel.... Prettyridiculous if you ask me. You are open for another hour and a half you should still have soups, and other items available, thestaff here really need re training on customer service, a terrible experience if I could give zero stars I would. I love the friendly staff at this location. And i usually have a complicated order, and they get it right everytime. I go out of... my way to buy our Tim's at this location on old hampton rd quispamsis/rothesay. Kudos not only to mgmt team, but especially tothe servers. Alot of them are a younger generation but have been trained on how to be a good server and they obviously followprotocol on company policies. 10 stars from us. Read more

I go to this location on a semi regular basis and it is not that great; the line can get pretty long in the mid morning and they... don't manage it well. If there is more than one person getting food they don't multitask well and it takes a very long time.When I get my food it's usually lack luster, like putting cream cheese on a bagel and then not spreading it. I always get snacks and coffee at this Tim Hortons when I visit my boyfriend. The employees are always friendly.
