Unfortunately my cream cheese bagel had less than a teaspoons worth on it.

I went to this timhortons and the costumer service was despicable i asked for a fourcheese bagel toasted with butter and the... women handed me a bagel thrown in a bag not toasted, not cut in half, no knife, or napkin. When i asked the lady why it was nottoasted she replied ?You just asked for a bagel? when i said no i didn?t she started to argue and finally when i asked her totoast it she started to give me dirty looks and before she put the bagel in the toaster she walked around with the bagel rubbingit on her leg when she finally gave it to me it wasn?t even cut in four pieces. do not waist your money go somewhere else Read more
Ordered a dark roast coffee around 8:45pm, and it was cold - fully room temperature. Not sure how long you have to leave your... coffee sitting for that to happen. When I returned to get the coffee replaced with hot coffee, I watched them pour it from thesame pot and microwave it before handing it to me. If I wanted that, I would have just reheated my morning coffee leftovers. Read more
Extra large Coffee but they were out of apple fritters! But still had a fairly large variety of donuts
It's very frustrating when everything you ask for is Followed up with "is that everything". How about you let me finish my... order. I just went through the drive thru and was asked 4 times if that was everything. On top of that they got my coffee wrong.Somehow a medium double double which should be the simplest order to make turned into a double double with milk. The drive thruwasn't busy but she seemed to be in a huge rush to get me out of there. Read more
Was there a few minutes before 10 and told they were closed. If you're open until 10, you should be taking orders until 10.
