Order an ice cap they tried to give me an ice coffee I kindly said it was the wrong drink and I will pay the... difference they refused then proceeded to complain about me to another coworker and was just very rude. For just over 5 months, I have been using the Tim's on Millennium Drive Quispamsis, lways order the same thing. I order my 4... Cheese Bagel lightly toasted with butter, but have thrown more out than I care to mention. They are burnt and to me not edible.I have complained, brought the burnt ones back. I have asked them to put it through on the fastest setting so it is basicallyjust warm. Still, it's burnt. I'm fed up. What's the point complaining to them, it never changes. Read more
I work next to the Tim Hortons in Quispamsis NB. Every day I stop in for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and donut. My first... complaint is that every morning is a conversation at the speaker trying to get the girl to understand what I am asking for. Ineed to keep repeating myself and on more than one occasion, I am given the wrong item. I dont know what happened to qualitycontrol as the donut in the photo is an example of how these donuts are every day. Hardly any frosting and stale tasting. Ithought that they were thrown out at the end of the day, but these do not look or taste fresh. I have gone to many other TimHortons on regular basis as well and their donuts always look and taste good. I dont know what the problem is with the one nearmy work. If I could send this complaint to the owner directly I would. I do keep going back as I'm hoping that the next day itwill be better. it never is. Read more
I understand they can get busy at times, but the coffee is very inconsistent
