Ordered for a 6pm pick got there at 10 to 6 food was already sitting out. Food was over cooked cold and had not cheese on the... pizza. I got a Papadia it was cold and had next to no filling. Very disappointed. This is the second time this has happened.Think we need to check out some of the new places. Read more

Staff are always friendly and polite. Love their food, haven't had an order wrong yet.
Terrible experience got the wrong pizza called to get it switch was hung up on and was told they are too busy tonight a manager... will call me the next day the manager never called. Obviously they don't care about individual customers Read more
I can not think of a time where I've been disappointed...my food is always warm and full of flavor!! Tonight I got a Hawaiian... Papadias...So delicious ???? Thank you for all you do and keeping your products fresh. By far my favorite pizza...been acustomer for years and well remain a loyal customer. Read more
EDIT A COUPLE YEARS LATER: Increased from 4 to 5 stars, got 2 pizzas yesterday and they messed the order up a bit and one of the... pizzas was a full 1/4 smaller with massive crusts, which left it with almost half the topping space. I called to leave a(polite!) complaint, they promised to make good on it and they followed through and made us 2 new pizzas free of charge thisevening. These ones look excellent and they were kind enough to let us adjust the types / toppings as well and there was noadditional fees. This is really good customer service in my opinion and my partner and I were very grateful and didn'tanticipate this kind of response. We expected more of a "sorry about that, nothing we can do" but they went above and beyond.I'd say that while pricey, they really stand behind their product and certainly do seem keen on keeping the customers happy withtheir experiences. Thanks guys! -----------(Old review below)-------- I want to give this 5 stars because I LOVE the pizza atPapa John's, but it's pretty dang expensive. My wallet weeps when I come here. The food is always good here. The issue seems to be when you order (and pay for) extra dipping sauce. 9/10 times it?s missing.... Also, if you ask for no onions or no chicken, chances are, you?ll find it on your pizza. Read more
If I want pizza, this is the place I go to. Great crust and sauce.
