Disappointed. Most of the time, I can't finish a Grandpa Burger. This time it was small. Smaller than I'm used to. I finished it... and was still hungry. Even the bum was small. Very, very disappointed. Read more
Had the teen burger with onion rings instead of fries. The order was completed quickly and correctly as I did have some... condiments removed. Love A&W root beer. Staff were courteous and the dining room was very clean. Read more

Three times in a row we went through the drive through and received the wrong orders in Rothesay on Hampton rd. I didn't say... anything the first time but the second time I called to let them polity know that the staff has to be more careful. The man Ispoke with apologized and thanks me for calling. Last night we went back asked for a Papa burger combo got home to a regularsingle burger. IF we ever go back, we will certainly check the bag before we leave the drive through window. Staff were friendly. However, was disappointed to get our food home and it was not made like we requested. So 5 stars for... customer service but 3 for food quality. HOWEVER, i need to specify when i called to inform them about our meals being madeincorrectly, they corrected their mistake by offering the same meals on the house next visit in. Nothing really gluten free. I do eat the sweet potato fries usually without a reaction, not always though. The family really... enjoys the burgers. They claim the veggies are always fresh & tasty! Read more
I had A&W burgers ???? before never cared for them, but wow have they changed! Their burgers are absolutely delicious because... their using way better ingredients. Try then out if you love burgers like this cat!! Read more
