I would not recommend at all. I ordered 2 grilled Asiago ranch club chicken sandwiches. I received 2 regular breaded chicken... sandwiches. This was the second time. The sandwich I received is almost $6 cheaper than what I ordered. I went back to therestaurant to just get my money back at this point and was treated poorly but got my refund. She took no ownership and didn?teven apologize just gave me my money back. I showed her the sandwiches. It was soggy and the buns were smashed. Either way verypoor quality. Read more

The staff here literally doesn't know what they're doing and I had to wait longer than necessary for not only the regular... employees to get my order correct, but wait for the manager to ask other employees on how to properly ring up an item. All I wasasking for was no meat and these people act like there's no such thing as vegans or vegetarians. Food still came out wrong, butI just left at that point. Read more

Has been a good Wendy's for a long time. My last several visits however have been pretty much terrible. Missing food items.... Cold fries. Rude staff. Super annoying, not sure what has changed recently, but is annoying. Read more

I RARELY leave negative reviews but after receiving poor service multiple times, I must. When I first moved here, everything was... good and I left a good review. Now, after going thru the drive-thru 4 times and either getting the completely wrong order or NOTreceiving my fries, I feel that I must warn unsuspecting visitors to this place. When I phone them to try to get the mistakerectified, they don't answer the phone. I paid over 25 dollars for food and didn't get the fries. I'm done. Read more

Occasionally, something will be forgotten from an order, but the staff are amazing about making it right! We eat here twice a... week on average. Usually drive through breakfast and quick supper for the chaos night. Quality is always on point! Read more

Came from Oregon. Figured Wendy's would be good as there. No way..worst food ever. Cold fries burger cooked off way early and... put in heat bin. Horrible food and long wait at drive up .threw it away .that bad Read more

Went inside because the line outside was insanely crazy when my Is order was being collected the fri cook literally took his... bare hand touched my French fries to make sure that they We not cold then continue to throw that batch in with the new batch mixthem all up and reserved me the fries I was so disgusted I couldn't even say anything and left the store I did tell him howeverhe shouldn't be doing that. also not the 1st person I've seen not using gloves while handling food very disturbing... Most aweful experience the other day. And this has happened 4 times so far. VERY long wait. Burnt food and very bad customer... service. We were in the drive thru for 20 mins then took our order we pull up and pay and when we pay girl cashier with shorthair doesn't smile or act nice and I ask about our drinks and she says no I will not give them to you! They will give them toyou when your order is done. And to pull up to door next to window. Then we wait 10 mins. And at our request that's OK since weasked for fresh nuggets (don't serve what you don't eat... nasty cold fries and nuggets) and we asked for lightly cooked frieswith no salt. Well Manager comes out with food. And fries are burnt and nasty and no drinks. I asked we had 3 drinks. (A goodmanager would say I am so sorry let me get them real quick for you) no she says well ill have to check on that. Mind you nosmile and not a nice attitude. And we wait 8 mins longer no one has come out now with our drinks. (Mind you if we wanted to goin we would have ate there and wouldn't have waited so long in drink thru! By this time all of us have gotten irritated andannoyed. We feel like a bother as a customer just taking our order which is not acceptable any customer service should be nicefriendly and a smile otherwise why are you in customer service. Now my husband goes in and says why didn't the manager come backout with drinks and a young man the only good employee says I'm not sure I'm sorry and no manager in eye sight and handed myhusband some drinks. He comes out and our daughters drink is not in the drinks. So my husband goes back in and gets a 3 cup. Whywould a manager or a just an employee leave ppl in the drive thru and not care. That's not OK. Also no receipt was given andthat's because they know they suck and don't want a review and the corporate doesn't let you get a review without a receipt.
