Food was ok, service was not. Seems like they're always upset about helping customers. I had them warm up my sandwich just for... it to sit for 15 minutes till they added the veggies. Can't wait until firehouse subs opens. Read more

I live close to this store and have ordered there a few times, the young teenage employees in this store don?t care enough to do... their job right. Every time I order from here it either doesn?t have what I asked for, or has what I didn?t ask for. This time Iordered a double protein and when I get our order there was barely any meat on all three of the sandwiches I ordered and payeddouble protein for. Very disappointing and I won?t be ordering here any more. Read more

Subway said they were updating their menu and also bringing back faves. Most of what they are doing is giving old items/sauces... new names. Sandwiches are good for a quick bite and they are pretty consistent. Especially since the "New" Baja sauce is the oldSouthwest Chipotle Read more

First time ordering from this location. Probably won't order from here again, there are other locations that do better. On this... order we ordered a meatball sandwich, was absolutely ice cold. The meatballs were cold, the sauce was cold, and the order waswrong. It wasn't like they were super busy, only 2 customers were in the store when I placed the order and I watched them makethe sandwich. Pretty disappointed. Read more

Beverage fountain was dysfunctional. Coke was all carbonation and any other drink you dispensed had some clear liquid pouring... out of the black handle you need to push to dispense. Made a big mess. Read more

First, I waited to late too late to leave feedback because I can not remember the kind young man that assisted me. I was... clueless ???? I couldn't remember the name of the wrap my Sis turned me on to. I told the young man it was a Signature Wrap &the color of the wrap. He said, I got you. He raised the bar for me. He didn't get offended when I seen a fly stepping on thewrap, he said no problem and trashed the wrap. Then told me the name of my wrap. Yelp, I emailed to self???? THIS IS A MUST TRYWRAP. Guacamole Tomato Basil Wrap breakdown????: sliced turkey breast, crispy bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomatoes,onions, bell peppers topped with Chipotle Southwest dressing, sprinkle of pepper minus the creamy ranch dressing. The placeneed to be kept cleaner with this virus floating around. As you see the tables unattended to. The restroom was ????. The placegets a lot of business and I only seen two workers. So, I still give them ???????? up working to get our orders out quickly, yet correct. Our food is always good, maybe because you're selecting what you want and how you want it. The manager wasn't there to grant a refund within 30 seconds of the online order. I called at least 5 times and nobody answered... the phone. The sandwiches were also sloppily assembled compared to other locations I've visited. The taste was good. Read more
