If I could give it zero starts I would, my experience was atrocious, we spent a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our... order, we had decided on fried calamari as the appetizer and it was extremely chewy, bland and horrible to scurf down and it wasmore than clear that it was frozen. For the main course we ordered lobster ravioli with scallops and mushrooms and the sauce wasso salty that my fingers swole up, and considering that each plate was 22$ It?s a slap in the face? never coming again and don?trecommend whatsoever, neither the service or food were good, both were well below par. My partner and I came in on our travel through Roswell and had the best service ever. The Host/Server who greeted us when we... came in was honest, funny, kind, and speedy with his service. The food was tasty and came out correctly. The bread and oil before the meal was a nice starter. There are local dishes such as... green chili Alfredo incorporating the green chilies that make the Hatch Valley famous. Definitely worth the stop. This is not aknock against the establishment but they, like so many other eateries around the nation, are short staffed so the wait time canbe long, but they do try very hard to make the guest comfortable and feel cared for while you wait. Came to eat dinner with my boyfriend during our road trip. This place was AMAZING! A million times better than Olive Garden...
