Great service. I ordered on the mobile app and my order was ready and waiting when I got there. Sub sandwich was very delicious... and unlike Subway and others this, JJ sub actually had a decent amount of meat on it! The seating area seemed adequate, but Iwas in takeout mode. Read more

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, however, their quality control leaves alot to be desired. This is the third time I have ordered... a tuna sandwich with cheese and was charged for the cheese (.75 each time) and when I got to work there was no cheese in mysandwich. I might have gone back but I work across town and did not have time. Another time, I ordered a turkey sandwich andwhen I got to work, all I had in my bag was a whole pickle wrapped up like a sandwich. That time, I called and the manager waskind enough to bring me the sandwich I ordered. I spend half of my lunch hour driving across town and most of the time wait ina long line but I think I better find a different place to get my lunch. Read more
