Delicious food and wonderful customer service. I love Roswell New Mexico. Bacon is crispy, extra cheese omelet is cheesy,... chicken and waffles ate up by 2 year old and the pancake was silly. Read more

CHRISTIE you have brought it back for me. Redeemed IHOP(for me). Great service. Good food, great price, and clean... restroom/dining area. CHRISTIE was pleasant and attentive...and did the best thing a server could do. to me it shows the bestservice when you have your plates taken away. when you get up from your table to leave there shouldn't really be any thingthere. Well done. NO NO NO. DO NOT USE BLEACH IN THE RESTROOMS..... Yes the restroom was clean...Thank you. BUT there was sucha strong smell of bleach it made me sick, and I am surprised I was able to eat any thing. I am writing this review on the road20 minutes after leaving, and can still smell it. I was in town for the day and this place was walking distance from my hotel. So lo and behold, I ended up eating here for a late... Friday afternoon lunch. First impressions aren?t everything in my book, but they still count for something. While walking up tothe restaurant, I was having a difficult time figuring out whether this place was open or not. The parking lot was empty, thewindows blacked out, and pigeon droppings marred the trademark blue roof finish of the restaurant. Needless to say, this placelooked as if it had been closed for about six months; not an encouraging sign. However, once I walked inside things appeared tobe alright. Nobody else was in the restaurant and the interior was better kept and ultimately more inviting than theexterior. As for my meal, I decided to take advantage of the Adams Family Halloween meal special: one decorated short stack ofpancakes paired with 3 stripes of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and 3 sausage links. It did its job well by hitting the spot. Thepancakes were coated in black and white icing, so syrup did prove to be necessary. Everything else was well cooked and leftlittle room for criticism. Scrumptious food! Compliments to the chef!!! We went on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitress was so sweet & helpful! She went... above&beyond. We ordered six different plates and every one was outstanding!!! All the condiments were clean & full. Lots ofsyrup choices. Oh yaaah and great coffee!!! They say coffee makes the IHOP, well this sure is a good one!!! Read more
Food is average, portions are average, pancakes were excellent, disappointed that we were charged for refills on lemonade.... Service was excellent. Restrooms need servicing in Roswell N.M. 1/3 of my total bill was for drinks. Will eat again, just to befair on my next post. Update to follow. Read more
