This has got to be the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been too. I was driving through the area from Arizona and this was the only coffee... place in the area. First the drive through isn?t working, it?s fine. I park and go in. Next the line isn?t very long, but thelady working the register is so very slow and she has to have someone help her with every order. No worries, people are new andI understand that. I place my order, it?s ready fast! Lovely! I get a hot coffee, the lid they gave me was not even in all theway so when I go to get in the car half my hot coffee spills. I wipe it up, try to put the lid back on and it?s the most flimsyplastic that just me grabbing the cup pops it off again!! I threw it away. Drive another 100 miles for better coffee. Read more
The staff was amazing. Had some young men in line in front of us that needed extra help. Never seen such care, you could feel... the compassion in their Customer service.
