Having grown up there, I can confidently say It is the best New Mexican food in Roswell. I always stop in on my way from Texas.... As such, I also send all my friends who ask me where to eat when en route to Ruidoso. Chile relleno burrito is cooked toperfection with the fry batter on the Chile cooked crispy and not greasy. The asado plate red Chile sauce is the perfect matchfor a cool morning or winter day. It comes with these little white potatoes shaped like french fries, although they are notfried, they seem to be soft cooked and are just the right amount of salty. All I can say is, AMAZING ???? It?s really clean and service is great, but the food is outstanding. I had the Chile relleno... plate and it was the best. Traveling through we are glad we made the choice to stop. Read more
I guess I'm spoiled, I paid the same price for a 'Cheech & Chong' sized Burrito ???? in Mortuary, New Mexico at a grocery store... that kept me satisfied all day, Popular place & good people but after $7+ salsa is EXTRA?? I Left Still Hungry. Read more
This place has great flavor, but over the years has declined. I had a simple taco plate tonite, $9.00 and change. There... couldn't have than 4 teaspoons of beef, scant cheese and lettuce. Was not worth the price. You can see how much filling in mytaco.... Read more
Clean, well kept inside and out, friendly staff, and decent prices. We ate a late lunch there (around 1:00 pm). Despite... numerous call in orders, we didn't have to wait very long to get our food. I had the deluxe smothered chicken burrito, and mypartner had the full size nacho supreme. After eating our meals, we both felt stuffed for the rest of the day - our meals werethat filling. The only downside was that we both thought our meals tasted a little bland, which might just be our taste buds. Read more
