Zero stars would be more appropriate since I never even got to order. I don?t know what is going on but Blake?s has gone so far... downhill. I grew up in nm and used to love Blake?s but no more. Walked in and stood at the counter for a good five minutes atleast while everyone working there walked by and just continued with the horseplay. Maybe they should quit building storesanywhere they can and learn how to run the ones they have operating. Read more

I love burgers. Unfortunately for Blake's, whoever cooks theirs doesnt add salt or any seasoning to their burgers. If there were... no toppings on the burger then there would be no flavor at all. The fries are good tho. Read more
My kids and I arrived on a Friday evening to an empty restaurant. The dining area was exceedingly clean and everything was well... stocked. The manager was super friendly and brought out our order with a smile. My kids ordered cheeseburgers and I got the NMLotaburger with bacon + jalapenos. I unwrapped the burger and took the picture. So rare do you find fast food preparations lookexactly like the pictures. The patty tasted fresh, was seasoned, and the veggies were crisp. This location got the entire order wrong and it was disgusting they even served raw meat and the employees are rude. I Do not... RECOMMEND EATING HERE. This Blakes needs more training because they are giving a bad name to the the Lotta Burger family. Read more
The employees were very very very mean to older customers, they did not take older gentleman's order while he stood there for a... good amount of time. Then they took a cup out of a older lady's hands. The person taking our order was being rude, she did notrepeat our order back, we had to ask for our drinks after some time, there was a sewage access tripping hazard, our food wascold. over all this was not a good experience.
