Initially they took a while to take our order then we were told to pull forward and wait for the chicken nuggets from my 2 year... olds meal because they had to cook them, we waited and they forgot his juice and once they brought out the food we drove homeonly to see that his nuggets that they were "cooking" were raw inside. Don?t get me wrong, their foods are delicious but the service is so poor. I ordered a drive-through for a turkey sandwich and a... Reuben and then they confirmed my orders. When I move forward they said they don't have a wrap anymore? Like duh, they can justtell me when I was ordering not like telling me right there by the window that it's not available anymore.
