The food was decent but the service was horrible. We ordered carryout about an hour before getting into town. It was a small... order; one order of wings, soup, salad, and one side of macaroni. We show up and check in on the app. Ten minutes after ourpickup time I go in to check on our food, I waited for a few minutes for one of the ladies rolling silverware to even notice meand ask if I needed anything. She says that it will be out shortly, so I told her I would be waiting in the vehicle (with thechildren). After another 15 minutes I go back in to find our food sitting on the counter, the manager said that people usuallycall when they arrive. I informed her that I checked in on the app and also already came inside to check on it. They did not addthe extras to the salad that we ordered and they did not supply a spoon for the soup. Overall we waited an extra 25 minutes foran order that probably should have taken about 10-15 minutes to put together. And it was still wrong. I would understand if theywere slammed but the parking lot had about 12 vehicles in it and all of those people were at the bar. Not a single other personshowed up to pick up food while we were there either. I really wish I had not already tipped them when I placed the order, theydid not deserve it. Read more
We were treated exceptionally well and our waitress was a true gem. There were 4 of us and never once did we feel rushed. It was... the most fun we have had in a long time. Kudos to the cooks as well the food was excellent Read more
I haven't came in awhile because last two times before this we're not good experiences. Again it wasn't good the steaks didn't... come cook right the appetizers took way to long & dessert wasn't even done right . We waited for refills for awhile napkis A-1sauce. Never saw a manager doing table touches or anything. Read more
My son and I stopped in for a nice lunch and were immediately seated. Server was all smiles and attentive. Drinks came quickly... as did the appetizer. The dining area was very well kept and the atmosphere was pleasant, nothing over done. I ordered theCajun Sirloin steak with some green beans and broccoli. My son ordered the spicy tender pasta dish. Was an alright experience. The bathroom was dirty. That was my only complaint. My server was very nice and very on top of her... table. Kept the refills coming. Asking if we needed anything. Food was good. Offered dessert as well. It was good for a lildinner out of town. We went because it was close to the hotel. But food and service was fast. Read more
I had such a good meal here! We got the triple appetizer, tomato basil soup, side salad & half rack ribs. Everything was yummy... & the location was convenient to our hotel. Our waitress kept checking on us but wasn't annoying. The rest of the restaurantappeared clean & adhered to Covid safe practices. Read more
Food was below average, but when you take in consideration how much it costs it would be far below average. I knew what I was... expecting, microwave tasting food, so my expectations were not high. The pasta serving size however is extremely small to thepoin where it made me laugh that I spent $15 on it. For a four cheese pasta you'd expect the pasta to actually have cheese, took5 bites and I was over it (avoid the pasta, the chicken was good however). You could easily buy the pasta at the frozen sectionof Walmart and call it good and save yourself $10. The service however was good, and appetizers were good except for the factthat they are overpriced. If you go here I'd recommend their burger. Read more
Service and the whole experience is going downhill. Been a patron of Applebees for many years but this Roswell NM one just... doesnt seem have things right. When i place a to go order and have coupon for $5 off, dont ask me for a tip on the regular priceand then remove the coupon offer.. come on. Read more
