I am disappointed that they've decided not to carry Caesar salads anymore. Furthermore, this sales is now made with Iceberg... lettuce. I don't buy Iceberg lettuce at the grocery store and it's under $2. I DEFINITELY would but have dropped $11 on thissalad knowing that it's made with Iceberg now. This is horrible. This location is great! The staff and the food is how it should be at a Zaxby?s. I had stopped eating Zaxby?s for 2 years... because I thought there was a drop in quality, until I tried this location. The staff is polite, they work hard and fast, andthe food is always great. But what compelled me to leave a review was the guy at the front counter tonight, Alex. He helped mebuild an order that?s no longer offered on the menu and his patience and good attitude really stood out to me, hands down thebest customer service I?ve ever received from a fast food restaurant! They burn the "grilled" chicken. Tastes 100% burnt. Not exactly tasting plus the sandwich had little sauce to compensate for the... burnt taste.
