I have only dealt with the owner and his wife every time I have gone in there. They are both extremely rude people. They do not... make eye contact and are quick to say ?what do you want? and ?okay are you done?. I only get three things in my sandwich, andafter the second thing, they will literally talk over you as your trying to tell them what you want and say ?okay what else?.There have been several occasions where I have come and they aren?t open even though the door hours say they should have beenopen hours ago. I have had the tuna from them before and it was extremely dry and chalky. They do not have the same promos thatother locations have. I just gave up on this location. You see for yourself in the reviews that the rude attitude and poorvalue is consistent for over a year with this location. Read more

My daughter loves Subway. We received a gift card for Christmas, so I took her. The lady working (1 lady, sorry didn't get her... name. It wasn't crowded) was very detached. She rushed us, but I believe she was dealing with something personal. She was notrude, just acted like a robot... Otherwise, good fresh flatbread sandwiches. I will return. Read more

This one is definitely below average. First, the customer service STILL needs work. Very unfriendly and pushy. The food was... satisfactory, but the prices are inflated about 30% higher than any other subway I've ever been to (their cheapest 6in is over$5). They also never do any promotions that the rest of the franchises participate in. So for the price, if you have the timejust go to their competitors next door: cheaper, better, and local. Read more

I've been here a few times and in my opinion it's not a bad location. Staff don't seem cheerful but they are not rude. Food is... good and made quick, store has been clean every time I have been here. Just seems like a standard subway to me. Read more

This location is a typical Subway...or seemed like it on my visit. I certainly didn't feel the "Trapdoor to Hell" vibe that sent... frissons of horror down the spinal columns of the other reviewers. The store was clean, not busy, but not deserted. My sammitchwas constructed in record time and seemed perfectly edible. I'd return, the next time that I am in the market for a Subway suband am in the area. Read more

Subway's website indicates that after signing up for text offers, the customer will receive an offer for a free 6-inch classic... sub with the purchase of a 30-ounce drink. So I signed up, got the offer, and walked in to this location. I started to tell thesandwich artist about my coupon, and before I could finish my sentence, she abruptly told me that they don't honor any couponsat this location. So, I left. I'm sure I can find a decent roast beef sandwich somewhere else. This store doesn't even honorcoupons that have their specific location's information on the mailer. Take your patronage elsewhere. Do not spend any money atthis Subway location. If you want good customer service, coupon or not, this is not the place for you. Zoe's Kitchen, ChickenSalad Chick, Panera Bread, and Chick-fil-a are all also located in the Roswell Corners shopping center, and they would be gladto serve you...unlike these folks at Subway. Most of these other reviews here are spot-on. Don't bother Read more

No customer service skills. Unfriendly Lady working did not want to even make food much less ask if we wanted it heated, with... cheese, oil and vinegar and all the shakes would have been too much to ask. Asked for combo and was suppose that read her mindto find out what drink size went with it. She had a bad attitude from the start and I should have ran away fast. This wholeexperience sux. Will never eat her and suggest that anyone in the area not think of stopping her. Read more

This is the creepiest restaurant I've ever been to in 50 years. The staff look suicidal, and the owner his hostile. When I was... waiting in line to order a year ago, I had selected a bag of chips from the rack in front of me, opened them, and had discretelybegun munching. Yelling at me in front of at least 8 other customers, the owner remanded me to stop, saying that it wasdisgusting. I observed that there was no sign indicating such a rule. He repeated that it was disgusting, it was his restaurant, and that I should stop if I ever wanted to be served. Was it the wrong thing to do? Hostile tone? I don't know, but the guy infront of me seems to have thought so: he returned his cash to his wallet and walked out, leaving his order on the counter, replying (just as loudly as the owner had) that he would never bother to eat in a restaurant whose staff talked to customers theway the owner does. I'll assume the guy was sizing up the situation similarly to me. But here's the kicker: a year later, Ifind out in the news that even while the owner was scolding me about 'disgusting' behavior, he was slicing bread that Subwaystuffed with yoga mat/shoe sole chemicals. So who's disgusting? Read more
