Ridiculous today. There was a heavy kid behind the counter obviously upset about being busy. Didnt put my chicken in the... microwave before (the chicken breast gets cold fast without it) and then took it out of the oven and let it sit on the counterwhile taking the next person's order. I walked out without taking the sandwich and went to the chipotle. Lost business forsubway. Read more
Credit card machine is set to automatically ask you how much you want to tip. This isn't the usual tipping type of place, these... aren't $2/hour workers. It's absurd that these owner's do this. Pay your staff an appropriate wage that keeps them coming backto their job instead of putting the weight on your customers - The overpriced sandwiches are already enough. Read more
Awful experience (if you?d call it that) as I approached this location 20 minutes prior to the posted hours of operation and... found the door locked. Now standing outside, I was first ignored & then addressed/talked to through the door. The employeeconfirmed that they do in fact ?close? and lock the door 20 minutes prior to what?s posted.
