This has got to be the worst Starbucks in our area. My husband and I typically buy drinks such as Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Cinnamon... Dolce lattes or Caramel Macciatos and every single drink tastes the same - like burnt milk. I have complained, had themre-make, or even added extra shots of coffee or syrup for more flavor(per the employee?s recommendation) and literally theirdrinks still taste like burnt milk. It?s frustrating, esp when paying $6+per coffee. Our family avoids this Starbucks and willdrive an extra mile to utilize the Starbucks on Hwy 92 and Mabry, or the SB in Crabapple. So, the mobile app is to save time but today's crew didn't have it together. Walked in 3 mins after my order ready time and our... drinks were ready but no food. Nearly 10 mins later, our food was ready. I go to the car and two of the drinks were missing animportant ingredient. Pay attention guys and don't make your mobile orders wait 10+ mins while they watch you complete multipledrive thru orders. Read more

Been here twice this week at opening and literally threw away both of my coffees (I'm not the type of person who asks to remake... it - I rather complain on the Internet). Unfortunate waste of money. Not only is the espresso clearly not dialed in properlythey keep mixing my shaken espresso which should just have the oat milk sitting on top and it makes me unreasonably frustratedfor some reason. We?ve been coming to this Starbucks for a few months now because we like the friendly staff and efficiency of service. HOWEVER,... when we went today we were very surprised by our coffee orders. We went in and placed our order. When we received our grandePSLs we noticed that the cup felt light. Turns out they didn?t fill it to the top. All of workers are absolutely lovely! I have been going to this starbucks for around seven years and this location has always... been my favorite. The drinks are usually always made perfectly; if not the staff is very helpful in correcting the order. Theycare about providing a quality product as quickly as possible, and hold that promise true even when extremely busy. Read more
This is the closest Starbucks to me new place of work, which makes me sad. I have stopped by many mornings between 6:00-6:30am... and nothing. A few times they told me a computer glitch, other it was no keys and the best is nobody answers or is visible inthe store. I understand at times staff is hard to get or keep, change your hours don't open at six, open at seven or eight. Iwas so spoiled by the other location, Haynes Bridge where my other school was.
