worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Refused to heat my scones. I get a refresher and 3 scones at least twice a week... from Starbucks for the past several years. Never have I ever had some one hand me cold food. Scones felt like they came outthe freezer. No apologizing. I asked for my money back and it was given with a smile. FYI was told the icing would melt if theyheated it ... so they are not allowed to heat it up. okkk so I am suppose to eat a brick and chip my tooth. There are warmsettings. Will not be back. Inside the store was closed. It?s really getting annoying. Had to sit for 25 minutes in the drive thru just to get an... overpriced caramel Frappuccino. Won?t go back to that location. Read more

I go here for the friendly staff but I don't like the coffee like I use to because it seems so watered down now.
Today, I was looking for something different. I asked the barista Katie for a frap with no coffee. She suggested caramel crunch... crème based frap, and I told her she was free to add anything she wanted. Once I got my drink, I gave it a taste and it wasamazing.
