worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Refused to heat my scones. I get a refresher and 3 scones at least twice a week... from Starbucks for the past several years. Never have I ever had some one hand me cold food. Scones felt like they came outthe freezer. No apologizing. I asked for my money back and it was given with a smile. FYI was told the icing would melt if theyheated it ... so they are not allowed to heat it up. okkk so I am suppose to eat a brick and chip my tooth. There are warmsettings. Will not be back.
