Sat in drive thru for a long time on Nov 5th at 11:45 behind several cars. Nobody was moving. Drove around to the front to find... doors locked and no lights. Drove back around to tell all the folks sitting in line that they are closed. No sign on drive thruand no sign on front door. I understand things can happen but to not even pit a sign out on drive thru that you are closed?!? Read more

I would give them a 5/5 because their head baristas are amazing? HOWEVER I am beyond tired of all the partners acting so poorly... when I place a mobile drive thru order. I simply do this as a help for THEM. However every single time they act horribly and I?mtold ?I need to wait? or ?I need to pull up? which I get, drive thru times. I don?t get the disrespect I?m given EVERY. TIME. I order a mobile order and go thru drive thru. It?s becoming so annoying that I really dread ordering from this locationanymore. Read more
I have been coming to this location for a year and a half now. It?s the perfect in between from my house to work- and if I?m... ever out and about, I will make a special drive just to go to this location. The baristas are so friendly and thoughtful. I went on Tuesday, the last Tuesday of July where they were running their special offer ?50% off cold drinks? and I got Two... sandwiches and a Refresher Venti sized. I asked the lady taking my order, ? do I have to click something on my app in order totake advantage of that discount? , she says ? no I do it here when you come to the window as long as you have the app and I canscan? so I pull around and they take my card and swipe it, and the guy hands me my receipt and I see I was charged Full pricefor my Refresher. So I ask the lady, hey didn?t you say you would do the discount once you scanned the app, she lookedfrustrated and said they didn?t hit the button that applied the discount and didn?t even apologize and said and I quote ? sorrythere?s nothing I can do now? and walked away. Like not even oh my let?s see if I can fix it, or here?s a cake pop or something,it was very unprofessional and rude, and I was trying to stay informed on how I needed to get this discount and even aftertrying I couldn?t get it. The staff at this Starbucks location are always very friendly and pleasant to chat with when I stop by to grab my order in... person. Recently I've been placing lots of orders from this location on UberEats, and they rarely make mistakes! They're veryattentive to detail and customer service, even when I'm not visiting the store in person. I always smile when I find littlepersonally addressed handwritten messages and hearts they draw on the bags that they even write little messages on my thedelivery bags. The customer service from this location clearly plays a big part in their base of customer loyalty- and I'mdefinitely a big fan! Whether I'm at the drive thru or at home unpacking the to-go bags that get left on my porch, they alwaysfind a way to perk me up. Highly recommend! Read more
I get Starbucks fairly often, and of all the stores, this is my least favorite. The employees seem genuinely unhappy and are... never smiling. I order through the mobile app, and even when I give them extra time they STILL don't have my order ready becausethey can't be bothered to check and see if there are mobile orders.
