Been here twice. Both times placed an online order and both times it wasn?t ready on time. The problem is that there were NO... other customers in the store. I have been coming here since the store opened in 2017. Unfortunately with low wage service jobs, there will always be a... problem with turnover. This latest batch of teenage high schoolers with short attention spans who constantly ask you to repeatyour order to them after it has been given in a conversational medium volume tone is the absolute worst. Then when they arequestioned about it - asking are they paying attention - refuse to provide service to the customer because their feelings arehurt. I guess it's too early in their careers to understand that the customer is always right and to take it in stride but togo to the extreme of impersonating a manager when one is requested because of their obstinance is going way too far. I loooooove this location. I swear I have had consistent service since I?ve been coming here 6 months ago. Ms. Linda Goodness I... love her she is awesome and all of them are really. I?ve seen some irate customers come in here and unjustly got an attitude orhad issues, I?ve been in disbelief just listening to them.
