Rude customer service from staff and general manager. I always have to ask for my receipt and a receipt should always be given... to customers. The male person in place as general manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I clearly see why the employeesthere demonstrates lack of respect to all customers. This is sad. The employees needs to be terminated. They always keep theLobby doors locked throughout the day, only drive thru service. I can tell the employees deliberately do awful, unethical stuffto customers food. This Popeyes needs to be investigated. The store needs a new general manager that is professional and doesnot tolerate bad integrity employees. This store is not healthy to eat from. They are doing bad stuff to customers food. That'sis not right. Customers should not have to ask for his or receipt. They never give receipt, and then when asked they get upsetabout it. The temperature of the food and qualify is poor. Greatest Popeyes Chicken that I've ever experienced! I've been coming here for the last three weeks at lunchtime. The food is... always fresh, the line moves at a brisk pace, and they've never messed up my order 8/8! I've experienced many other Popeyesaround here and other states. I have no earthly idea how this restaurant manages to remain in business. Each time I, my wife, and/or my daughter experiences... some sort of let down. Today I went to the drive thru. I sat there for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to say something.Meanwhile, the drive thru Kane is beginning to fill. I finally went to a parking space to go inside and behold the door islocked. I drove away only to return to load a picture to this post and the same blue Honda Accord was still waiting for someoneto say something. I wish there was a star for zero. This place should be closed. Decent food - okay amount of time to get through the drive through. This place looks like a dumpster fire - complete with... handwritten signs and entire sections of the menu board missing. The reviews are pretty brutal as well, but I was going in forchicken and biscuits so I figured the risk was low. I thought everything was good. WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT COME HERE. I never leave reviews?ever. This place is horrible. I?m extremely upset with my experience... here. Waited 30 minutes for a few pieces of chicken and sides. Expected it to take maybe 10-15 minutes at most. Did not even endup getting my food because it wouldn?t have been ready for another 20 minutes i?m guessing. So SO upset because now I am 15minutes late for my little sisters school performance that I am driving 30 minutes to watch. I can?t even explain how upset andangry I am with this horrible place and horrible service. Will be contacting HQ. Shut this place down or fire the whole staffplease.
