Long time customer at this location (Café # 202596) since they opened some 20 years ago. Unfortunately, I have to report this... store has gone downhill over the last year or two. Quality of staffing being the primary problem, cleanliness being the second.Food taste and portion is still pretty good when they have what you want. Most recent experience on 10/2/22 for dinner. Oneperson taking orders, lobby full of customers. Didn?t wait too long to place order (5 minutes) but waited 38 minutes (not anexaggeration) to get food and then didn?t have the bread we wanted for our sandwiches and no baguettes as a side option. Spoketo manager twice. He was gracious and polite (thanked us for our patience) but offered no solutions. From our perspective,covid is no longer an excuse. Don?t use it. It makes you look weak, unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. If youwant to keep customers, return to sound business practices and traditional customer service. Keep a stack of cards for freepastries or soup handy for customers when you can't deliver on typical Panera goodness. Read more

I just experienced the most bizarre "grill cheese" in my life. The bread was so fluffy that reminds me a jelly and the cheddar... was tasteless. Besides, I just order the grill cheese ( and nothing else with it ) and I was charged $10.34 ! $10 for atasteless "grill chese". We gotta love capitalism. They throw us anything they want, for the price they want and nobody cansupervise or stop them. Read more

Extremely slow. I waited 20 min for my bagel sandwich which is a little ridiculous. Especially when it was not at all crowded.... After waiting 20 min, the ?bacon on the bacon egg and cheese was not even strips of bacon. It was the bottom of the pan baconbits. I ordered an iced chai latte and they gave it to me hot. Then when they remade my iced latte is came out as just almondmilk. It is literally iced milk. I asked for my money back because this entire experience was terrible. Also this is not thefirst time this location has disappointed me. They have missed several of my orders before when I have done rapid pick up. Read more
This restaurant never has a full menu for dinner. I stopped by at 5pm on a Tuesday and they were already out of bread bowls. ... How can they be out at dinner time!!! I do not recommend this restaurant. Read more
