The sushi was underwhelming. The rolls that were recommended to us lacked any strong flavor. They tasted very bland. The... general ambience was good but we were seated in a lower portion that had store bought ingredients sitting on a shelf at the endclose to the kitchen. It definitely messed up the decor and ambience of that particular room. The good: The spicy miso soup wasunique and flavorful. And the cocktail I had was great. Read more

Ordered 4 signature rolls and dumplings. Best way I can describe the food is bland. portions were small for the price and the... quality of fish was not overwhelming. Ambiance is nice, but honestly sushi at Publix is better. Will not be back. Read more

The food was delicious and fresh and the drinks were amazing ! I enjoyed the Chanel Replica & SHE-SHO FRESH rolls; you could... tell that fresh fish was used. After eating I felt full but light ! I’d definitely recommend these rolls if you want to trysomething new, light and fresh. I’ll definitely be back soon; follow me on Instagram @eatblackatlanta for more reviews andrecommendations. Don't let it fool you not being on main drag, this is delicious fusion of Korean & Japanese flavors. Their rolls all seem to be... better than the last one making me want to keep trying different ones. Their jalapeno pancakes were a fantastic starter to getthe table going but not too spicy so be bold and try it! Read more

Its a Saturday night and we chose this place because it was empty and away from the busy street. The (owner?) states... reservations are preferred which is understandable (the place was empty) but that they'll be able to fit us in. We were seatedoutside since we brought our puppy ( there are no heat lamps on the patio and it was chilly). It took over 5 minutes to beacknowledged even though servers were waiting tables around us. Our server came and was apologetic. The sushi was okay. Myhusband got the beef bulgogi sandwich and it was just SAD ( I attached a photo). The server apologized and brought out anothersandwich which was a little better than the first. It looks nothing like the photo the owner posted, it barely had meat on itand no scallions or sesame seeds. My husband and I LOVE eating out but this place was overpriced and anything but refined. The restaurant has a “big-city”, youthful feel to it with cool music, eclectic artwork, and creative sushi names. The... restaurant is spacious, yet feels intimate thanks to the panel dividers. Everything about this place is an experience - from theHidden Dragon cocktail that emits smoke as it’s poured to the water feature in the outdoor dining area. With only fourcoveted seats at the sushi bar, it’s also a perfect spot for a romantic dinner with a show. They offer deliciously uniquesushi rolls with even more unique names, such as the Rolls Royce and the She-Sho Fresh. For appetizers, I highly suggest tryingthe Korean Meatballs and the Angry Ribs. Monkey 68 is the perfect place to go on a date, with your parents, or with a group offriends. Read more
