Don?t go if they are getting a delivery. They completely block the drive thru lanes backing up traffic for other vehicles trying... to leave their parking spaces. When one of the 3 employees that are standing outside watching the cluster of a vehicle situationwith no direction finally does speaking they RUDELY talk down to you. Juan was my cashier and drive thru attendant, and I was VERY PLEASED by the service and punctuality he exhibited on behalf of... this McDonald?s location. I came to this location after leaving the Johnson Ferry location because they were closed before theirgoogle my business advertised hours. I arrived at 11:42 and Juan was happy to take my order. I don't really eat at McDonald's, but I needed to cleanse my spirit. I went there and waited about fifteen minutes before I was... recognized. Okay, I may not be Beyonce but I don't think I look that bad either. While waiting, someone walked in. He verynicely said that he ordered a double bot and got the wrong thing. The young man fixing the takeout orders yelled and asked whatthe problem was. The man was calm, but I didn't see why he felt it necessary to interfere. Someone else was handling themistake. His disrespect did not end there. As he handed the Uber worker her order and she turned to leave, he said to one of hiscoworkers that Uber would hire any body off the street. No matter how disgusting they looked. She was even out the door and youcould see she heard and was hurt by the comment. McDonald's need to really train their workers on human kindness. Every time Igo to McDonald there is always some person working there with an attitude.
