The new manager and the lady at the pick up window were AWESOME!!!! The manager they had before was rude and nasty!
McDonald's is McDonald's. Ya can't really lose. My secret? When you order yer food? Ask for "No pickles", or some special order.... That guarantees it will be fresh. Tho, I have to say: Was really disappointed to learn the shake machine was broken. Do love mea McDonald's chocolate shake. Oh, well. 6/10 stars. Read more

I ordered breakfast in the Drive Thru. At the 2nd window, when the young Hispanic girl handed me my food; she almost threw it at... me and walked off. I tried to ask her about an extra syrup and she scowled at me and told me it was in the bag. When I looked,I only had one. I waited for her to return, and when she did, she had an even bigger frown on her face. She said, "what?" Itold her I only had one syrup and wanted an extra. She angrily stormed off and gave me the extra syrup and then said I washolding up the line. I told her it was her fault for not properly attending to the customer. Sat a good 5+ minutes with out moving an inch in a backed up line. Ordered a medium Iced Coffee was given a small. I told them... and they said no its a medium. I pointed out that it is smaller than every medium I have gotten at other places but was toldsomething about its how the machine does it? Whatever not worth an argument and i left. Looked at the cup when I got home and itsays verbatim Small- fountain tea iced coffee on the cup. Look I know it's not a high skill ceiling job but hey management howabout some training for the employees so they don't have to deal with angry customers at their low wage soul crushing jobs.McMuffin was good tho. At 6:45 pm today. The ghetto red hair woman employee there is very rude, and have no customer service. I walked in and kindly... ask for a refill (earlier I had ordered food and drinks thru drive thru), she accused me of being contaminated and refuses togive me a refill. Didn?t even offer me a refill in a new cup. That?s very unacceptable. This red hair lady was mean muggingeveryone from the get go. Read more
