Service was pretty good
This mcdonalds rushes u in and out and doesn't even complete ur order correct I ordered a number 1 and a 10 pc nuggets and d8d... not receive my nuggets at all was charged for them tho. I'm extremely annoyed and will be filing with corporate over this cuzthis is the 5th time and issue with my order has happened getting me to the p oint of leaving a review extremely lack ofservice. Hey yall..I come here a lot cause its in ny local Walmart. A pattern ive noticed since coming to this Mickey Dee?s is... this? The boss lady here that runs the location daily is really good. She is on top of everything, speaks twice as manylanguages as I do, she?s friendly and attentive and all the employees and most of the customers that come here just love her. This McDonald?s is located inside the Walmart location on Mansell road. So you have to go into the Walmart. The McDonald?s... location itself is pretty good though. The lines keep moving fast. Food was generally pretty good when I ordered from it. Onlyhave been there once but other than the Walmart piece everything else was pretty good. Not much to complain about Read more
I went into this location thinking it was going to be just another mediocre McDonald's experience, but boy was I wrong. Their... was a line out the door of at least 20 people waiting to put in their orders. I had my two children with me so I was more thanreluctant to wait, however after 30 "please mommy's" I caved and went to stand in line. From where I stood I could see everyonebustling about trying to fill the orders to the best of their abilities. The manager that caught my attention, however, wasnamed Adrianna. She was a small lady with long black hair smiling at everyone even through the rush. My kids took one look ather and said "Wow Mommy, I bet she works harder than you". Which is funny considering they've never seen me work, but I digress.I do have to say her attitude was the kind that would make me want to ask her to be my bridesmaid if I believed in marriage. I ordered a big mac combo and after leaving the store I had to come back to the store for another sandwich. The sandwich big mac... was horrible. it was made with to much double extra sauce on the top of the sandwich and bottom of the sandwich and it only hadone meat on the top and zero on the bottom of the sandwich and as you know big mac sandwich comes with two patties. Therefore itwas this day a horrible experience . .The manager acted like so what and did not show any care or concern for what happened. Oneof the male employees said it is only extra sauce but can you imagine on lunch brake and you are given a sandwich with layers ofextra sauce on the sandwich where the sauce is leaking off the sides of the sandwich.
