Waiting 10 min behind the car that has been sitting at the ordering menu. No one has come to the speaker. Employees... inside. Never will I be back. Disgusting how this place has gone so far down hill. Guy in the drive-thru line said that he'dbeen waiting for at least 20 minutes. Come on Crystal. Can do better than this. This Krystal location on Holcomb bridge road in Roswell is not that good. It?s a shame because this Krystal is right off the GA... 400 exit. But the service is poor and the food is pretty bad too. The first time I went, they were open but the doors were locked and nobody was answering the drive through. After driving around... a couple times we gave up( smart move) Tonight I DoorDashed from here to give it another shot. If you?re looking for a nice, fast meal, do not come to this Krystal?s. I have been to 10 different Krystal?s in Georgia, and... this is by far the most poorly run one. The staff is unpleasant and rude, they forget your food, & don?t want to give it to youwhen you ask, they are understaffed & the food usually isn?t fresh at all. This place should be shut down. Came to this location on my lunch break. They only gave me half of my order then advised me to pull up and someone will bring... the rest out. I say there for about 15 mins and nobody came to bring the food. I called and whoever answered the phone askedwhat i was waiting for them goes to tell me that they gave me my food. I explained they had not and I was still sitting in mycar like they asked me to. He brought the bag out, no apology or anything. Just handed me the bag and walked off. By this timemy food is already cold bc I had to wait. The chicks were fried hard and over cooked. Best thing was the apple turnover. Apparently these people are riding the clock all night. Looks like they leave and lock the doors with all the lights on to make... it look as if they?re open and never answer the drive thru. This is extremely trifling. Corporate or whomever should fireEVERYONE and hire individuals who actually care about their job. Your employees are making your business lose money and justtaking from you. Maybe I should buy this joint and fire everyone myself. They need to just go ahead and close this location. I?ve been coming here on and off for over 15 years and this will be the last... time. Now, this location has never exactly been a shining star in the industry, but it has really declined post COVID. Theinside is disgusting. Looks like management just doesn?t care anymore. Service is awful. Wasn?t even busy during lunch and ittook almost 30 minutes for my food and all I ordered was 5 Krystal?s, fries, and a drink. I also saw 4 others come in and orderafter me but all got their food before me. Two people even finished and left before I got my food. Since it was my lunch break,I ended up just taking it home since it took so long. Well, got back and after that much time they didn?t even get my orderright.
