Came here yesterday for a quick coffee after stopping at the post office. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice frozen coffee. The... woman on the speaker told me they "couldn't do" the frozen drinks. I asked to just have it iced then, please. She repeated itback to me and I waited in line. I get to the window, sit without being greeted for a few minutes, and then she opens the windowwhile practically yelling, "What did you order?" A little confused, I repeated my order that I just placed a few moments ago.She goes, "okay so you didn't get no donuts or food or nothing?" I, again, told her no just the medium iced coffee. She takes mycard, doesn't give me a receipt, and hands me the worlds smallest, blackest iced coffee. I didn't have time to argue about itand, honestly, it wasn't worth the time or effort but...you would think being told my order 3 times you could get even the sizecorrect? These donuts were quick and easy to grab! Originally, I was going to go into the store, but the lobby was closed at the time of... my visit. I think that they were maybe low staffed though, so I completely understand. I only saw one guy working, and he wasdoing a really good job. My order was taken and ready quickly. The donuts were not the freshest I have ever had, but they werestill pretty good. I got a variety, including several of the pumpkin flavored donuts. They tasted more ?spice? than pumpkin, buteveryone absolutely loved them. We?ll definitely stop here again if we drive over this way. Read more
Arrived to the store, headed to the front door. There is a sign on the door that says the lobby is closed. We order 2 LARGE ice... caramel mochas. The employee says ok. Nothing further. We drive to the window to pay. William just opens the window tells me mytotal and reaches his hand out. No greeting, no confirmation of our order. He swipes my card, returns it, and closes the window.He proceeds to grap his LARGE ice coffee drink. Then disappears behind the wall in the store where the donut machine is. Hereturns in sight dances around using our 2 straws as drumsticks on the counter. We are then provided 2 MEDIUM ice Mocha. Weinquired for the receipt because he never provided one. He charged us for 2 LARGE ice Mocha, which was not our order. Nor werethey a large. I mentioned it. He snickered, hunched his shoulders and closed the window. The drinks provided were basically icedcoffee with a tiny hint of mocha. William needs to be retrained in proper customer service, professionalism, and probably needsadult supervision while working. We will NOT return. We have been to this location numerous times. However, we will not patronthis Krispy Kreme location again. Read more
This location is such a joke. Look at all the recent reviews & how whoever is in charge has let this store fall far from brand... standards. Drive thru only due to ?staffing issues? is no excuse when every other business around you has their drive thru(s)open. Today, a sign on the drive thru board that reads they can?t make doughnuts! That?s why people come to your establishment,for the doughnuts! Nothing else! Get rid of whoever is managing this location & bring in the corporate team to turn this placearound asap! Read more
Their is nothing to compare with a warm glazed donut from Krispy Kreme. And this location always delivers that. But. Don?t... bother with there cream filled Twice now. The filling is not just small. But practically non existent. See photo. Theirfull process seems to lack any QC. Read more
This Roswell location seems to be recently renovated. The staff is friendly and patient with all customers. The restrooms were... SPOTLESS at the time of our visit... and that says a lot about a restaurant. Floors were recently mopped and tables cleaned. Thestaff is very proactive with cleaning and keeping up the place to great standards. They were running the lemon flavor... and nowit is my FAVORITE! Great spot to meet with friends and gain some pounds with the most YUMMY donuts in town! Read more
Somehow this location gets worse every time I go. The variety donuts are always STALE and ROCK HARD and NOT FRESH at all and... when you confront them about it their workers look at you like you?re the one being rude. The high prices are not worth the OLDand COLD donuts they sell. They have also made ZERO effort to make anything better the last couple of YEARS. Their in personlobby is consistently CLOSED thus limiting the ability to at least look at what you are purchasing. Very disappointingestablishment at this location and extremely poor quality control. You?ll be better off buying gas station donuts thanpurchasing any at this location. AWFUL. Thanks. Read more
