This is our local KFC, and it has been mediocre for many years. We love KFC, so always give it another shot. We ordered, and... were charged for, an 8 piece bucket original recipe all white meat. What we received was 7 pieces as follows: 2 breasts, 2wings, 2 legs, 1 thigh. I know my experience is not unusual at this location. Please do something about this franchise runningdown your brand. Wow !!! First of all whoever has wins this business , needs to fire everyone that worked 8/21/22 at 4:15 pm .. listen there was... literally a line with 4 cars and no one on the radio .. but clearly there were about 6 people in there .. one even had a babythere and there was a man smoking .. all these while people were waiting on the drive tru .. I was so determined to find outwhat was going on .. and I knocked at the drive through window till someone answered and said he doesn?t know why the people wetnot answering . I was shocked at the utter lack of respect for the job as they weren?t interested in helping .. the owner needsto look into this and get rid of the staff , it is better to have your business closed than have staff who constantly embarrassyou . Dining room closed and staff are hanging out in Dining room. Managers dog laying on a bench. The manager is vaping in the dining... room. When I asked why the dining room was closed he said lack of staff. One worker said I'll be back I'm going to smoke. Thisstore has a 2.1 score and would be less if customers could leave a 0 score. This place is a nightmare. First off, how is it that EVERY TIME I stop by at 9pm (an hour before closing), they are out of just... about everything except tacos. I get being out of stuff, but not every day, that?s completely unacceptable. I?m 100% convincedthat they clean all the equipment a little over an hour before closing, and cleaning the taco station is fast and easy for them.Let?s not forget how trash the service is. It says on Google AND the sign outside the window that it closes at 10, but Godforbid I come by an hour and half before 10 and they say ?we?re closed?, if they even are decent enough to tell Me that. The worst KFC in Cobb County. They consistently have been closing an hour early (at least on Fridays) for 2 years. There are 3... people inside right now that look like employees. They refused to even tell us they were closed. There is a 4th guy oustidewaiting for them (all 4 vehicles are together). We drove to the window and the lady just kept making food (for her 2 friendsinside?) With her back to us. My dad got out and started knocking on the window for her to FINALLY tell us that they were"closed" although according to google "the hours were confirmed" that they close at 10:00. We came at 9:00. The new workersrecently hired stayed open until 10 for about 2 weeks until they became just like the old crew. I just want some freakingchicken man. Horrible Service and BURNT food! Very bad attitude, we?re more concerned with arguing inside the store than taking care of guest... for sure! Got all way home, opened box and chicken was over cooked OR they need to change grease really bad!
